Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. I was traveling for business for a month. When I need 'cheap traveling' I just do a lot of googling and research. Very time consuming though. If you're interested in the French Alps area, I have a pretty cheap tour there: www.french-alps-tours.com. I can also do custom tour design but, given the time involved, I'd have to charge for that. If you want to do house exchanges, check out: http://www.homeexchange.com/. That would take care of your accommodations. And there are books focused on cheap traveling in Europe like the Lonely Planet series. Good luck, Cynthia

I love France. I spent my honeymoon there. It's really beautiful right? My friends and I are planning to organize a tour group where we go there together and to avail of cheaper ways to travel. Any tips on that? Like airfare or hotels? When I was there, we were in an expensive hotel so we didn't really get to enjoy the culture and art and had a limited view of France.
