If you would like or have started to earn and transact business in the Web, they you most probably have heard already of PayPal. Paypal claims that it provides a "safer, easier way to pay online". That is true.However, if you are NOT a holder of an active credit card (Master Card, Visa or American Express), then you will not be able to enjoy the full privileges of having a PayPal account. Why? Because you need to "link and confirm your card to get Verified and lift limits on your PayPal account.
