Patrick got the call he's been waiting for at 12:05 yesterday afternoon.We immediately got busy getting ready to head to Stanford.We got here around 2:30PM.

1 year on the list

Today marks 1 year on the list waiting for a new heart.In some ways this year has flown by and in others its been a very long year.Sometimes I wish the call would come right away, and others I'm not ready for it.

Fundraising Totals

The Super Mex fundraiser in Lakewood CA brought in just under $500.The IHOP fundraiser in Capitola, CA brought in around $200.The totals aren't as much as we had hoped, but every little bit helps.The kids and I came up with another fundraiser to do in February.
