The Joy of Happiness is a reminder. A reminder that we can all find the joy in our lives through the lives of others.
To start, I'm going to reveal 400 things that consistently bring me joy in my own life. I'm also going to interview 400 people and ask what brings them joy, and relay that back to you. My hope is that we can all relate and remember why we're here. For each other.
The steps I take:
(1) Ask someone what makes them happy and brings them joy.
(2) Speak and interact for several minutes.
(3) Think clearly and speak honestly.
(4) Smile, laugh, relate.
(5) Walk away happier.
(6) Repeat as often as you can.
