The Coveted has moved to a new location:thecoveted.netAlmost a year ago, when I started blogging, I didn't know very much about blogging, and what I wanted or needed. Blogger is great and easy to use. It has done an excellent job of helping out with getting familiar with the blog world. But back in August, I decided I would try monetizing The Coveted, and it's been so interesting learning how I can use blogging to make a living, and a lot of trial and error. Well, It was bound to happen.... I wrote a feature article in a fashion magazine. Zoot Magazine, based in Lisbon, asked if I would write an article for them, at first it was a small one, but somehow it grew. I had no idea.. 4 pages! Maison Martin Margiela has an awesome way of changing the way an ordinary garment functions. I once saw a super long glove, and as i was putting it on, the sales lady told me it was supposed to be worn as a belt. Woops. I love how these shoe expose the part of the foot shoes normally conceal and have a chunky boot-like ankle cuff. It calls into question the function of a shoe, and at the same time, it's utterly covetable.
