I've been traveling a lot more with my current job than I did with my last one. In a nutshell, I put on entrepreneurial competitions. My company helps start-ups get funding. Our most popular event, called CrowdPitch, has 5-6 entrepreneurs present their business plans in front of an audience, as well as a panel of judges. The crowd and panel invest FUN money at the end with the company they liked best. Winner gets a prize package worth about $5,000.I traveled down to Arizona for the second time t

The band who's name freaks out the musically challenged when announced as the evening's destination on FaceBook. They are actually a fairly timid indie band, and part of Salt Lake's Twilight series of free concerts. They are being held at Pioneer Park this year. Pinewood Derby 2010

This is my second Pinewood Derby as Cub Scout Master. We combined with another troop and had 19 cars racing.The CarsI rented an elevated aluminum track. Those old wooden ones are for suckers.Digital computer timing at the finish. The dads were really into it.
