I saw this over at Sensi Strange’s blog and I too don’t get it. Don’t get me wrong — in tae kwon do and Praying Mantis we do desensitization drills. However they are not like this. In both TKD and even more so in Mantis proper breathing is stressed during conditioning drills. I’m just not read more..
