Engage Users with Scheduled Reports
May 17, 2012 - Don't wait for users to go to CRM: engage them by bringing CRM to them. For example, you can push reports and emails (and report-like emails) to their email inbox on a scheduled basis. If you're running on-premise you can use SSRS, but you can get most of the same results with scheduled workflow-generated emails, the topic of this article.
