Rule 1 Be quiet. I don’t mean “be still” or “find silence”. I mean shut up. Just shut up. You talk too much. You will not cease to exist if you stop talking. People talk all the time because they are insecure; have low self-esteem and poor self-image. Talking all the time means you never stop and listen. Shut up and listen. Listen to people. Listen to the noise around you. The more you listen, the more you are aware. If you don’t talk people might think you’re mysterious. When y
