4 YEAR BREAD BAKING BABES ANNIVERSARY!!! How time flies when you're having fun. And of course that calls for party food to nibble on with a sip of wine. And as I have the honour to be the kitchen of the month this time, I've picked a Sicilian recipe to enjoy with (or without) a little wine, that even has wine in it too! It's time to present the February recipe for the ABC baking challenge. Remember? I started to participate last month: 1 book ( "The weekend Baker" by A. Dodge) from which 1 recipe a month is chosen for a year. This time starring the "Glazed Cinnamon Rolls". I love these kind of rolls. Making the dough I found that I needed at least 100 g more flour. I used bread flour, not AP. Maybe that's why we found that the rolls ended up very very large. We cut them in half to eat them. They were also

Although I'm a pretty faithful participant of the Bread Baking Day event initiated by Zorra, I missed the last two editions without it even crossing my mind... must have had a lot of other things on my mind I guess. But this time I'm glad to be able to participate again and give you my entry. This month the Bread Baking Day is hosted by Noor from "Ya salam cooking" and she asked us to bake a bread from a place we would love to visit. Well that needed some thought. There are so many pla
