Every year in December I like to take some time to reflect on past year. January is the beginning of a new year and it is a time to set goals. I'm not one for New Year's Resolutions. People usually don't take those seriously, however, I am a firm believer in setting goals and making action plans to achieve those goals. I generally begin by thinking about the different things that have happened in the year to this point but also in the years prior in my network marketing career
