Going for tapas in Huetor Vega.

Huetor Vega is a "pueblo" just up the hills from Granada. In fact i has almost become a part of the city now, after the construction boom. It is not a place you normally go to when visiting Granada though. If you do end up here for some reason during the summer, be sure to head for the Parque de la Nava. There is only one bar in the park, and they are very generous with their tapas. After a few beers, you are not going to look for a restaurant. We were served Longanizas and Morcillas,

We decided to learn more about how to make this delicious dish. The best way to find out is of course to find a granadina capable of traditional cooking. We found her. There are recipes on the web, but its best to see how its done. However I am not going to describe that here, but rather refer you to some sites like this one and this one. Anyway a picture is worth a thousand words.
