Remember the boy I told you was moving here? He did with the help of my best friends at moving cost. I put him in contact with several of my friends and he got a nice and affordable apartment that is not that far away from his job. I talked to him today and he told me he has had a blast so far.
Memorial Celebrations

There were a whole bunch of activities in the area for Memorial Day weekend. It is too bad that I found this so late but these were several of the things that happened in the area: activities. There was a free concert Sunday and it was sponsored by PBS.
Memorial Day Celebration and NO Vietnam Memorial

Memorial Day is just 7 days away. One of the most characteristic things that most people do this day is visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. This year, the dynamic will be different. The Three Servicemen statue is finally getting the much needed treatment this spring; nevertheless, they have decided to do it just a week before this cherish celebration. The public won’t have access to the memorial for Memorial Day. How ironic is this?
