$23.8 billion out of the $38.5 billion in supposed budget cuts for the FY10 budget are accounting shenanigans, not real budget cuts. The Daily Mail reports that a member of the British National Party has been arrested for burning a copy of the Koran - in his garage. Apparently in the United Kingdom something called the Public Order Act is being used to charge the MP with a crime: Sion Owens, a BNP candidate in the forthcoming Welsh Assembly elections, was charged under the Public Order Act.
