I finally decided to mop the floor today and my mind was wandering. I got to thinking about why people don't see to just chat anymore. When I wait in line or, on the rare occasion, waiting for the bus, I make small talk with who ever is there. I can't help but get the feeling that people would rather I not doing that. Election Issues that REALLY Matter

During an election, and there have been many lately, the same old issues are dusted off and paraded around. Jobs. Health care. The debt. Spending. Yadda, yadda, yadda. Yes, those are big important issues. However, in the microcosm that is my life, they don't factor in as much as the day to day issues I, and many of us, face. I wish political leaders would address the following and put forth REAL solutions!1) There's never enough time in the day. An extra hour or two would make a big difference
Letting Go of the Spoon

Kaylee is forcing me to do something I'm not good at. Give up control. She refuses to eat from a spoon. She just won't do it! BUT, she will eat on her own. Not a lot, but some. This of course means that she's in control of how much and what she eats. Or if she eats.It's also VERY messy! lol.
