Ski Season is Here

It's official. Ski season has begun in the US. Last week Loveland beat Arapahoe Basin by a few days in their annual race to get the most publicity for opening one run.Check back in two months when one of the mid-Atlantic hills decides to open a terrain park and bunny slope for a weekend before they have to shut down for two weeks after having their 4 inches of snow washed away from rain.

OK, I've decided that I want to give this blogging this a try. Why? I'm not really sure. I guess just for something to do. I've always enjoyed writing and figure this is a pretty good way to continue with that. I still have not given into the Facebook and Twitter phenomenons.
