Title: Life as HR Manager

I was living the life as an employee till I landed in America.After observing how America treats every human as a resource for business.I am confident that I am a successful HR manager for myslef.I have been a human for the past 24 yrs.I am sure I have seen life in a good perspective.With the help of my parents and my own karma,I have seen life in good shape. Humans take birth in different parts of the world and the reporduction is counter attacked by the deaths caused by human race.So Humans have the control to give life as well as to take the same.I feel that every living being should have its own group and should adapt and adjust with other species. Life is differnet for different people and every human should enjoy the basic freedom and should exhert energy in the right direction.Every child that is born should be previledged with basic education for its survival.There are so many attributes in life and human should be exposed to different spheres of life. It is important for humans to learn different skills and appreciate and apply the same in other skills. I see no life without humans and that Love is God .As we believe that water ,earth ,air,fire and space are perennial,So is love. As human I expect love and should express to other forms of life. I have seen differnet types of people and I have experienced desire is the force in life and one should not be ruled by desires but should be ruled by brain.I think I have grown to certain extent and I believe in tremendous growth if everything goes the same way as it is.Humans are ruled by what they do.So one should be highly involved in whatever one does. One should have a to do list ,set of goals and actions in his life. I believe in the human networking right from home and I believe that most of the work requires team/group effort.I have seen that most of the success is achieved through synergy which we get by forming team. As a Human Resource we should always be a resouceful and a fixed asset for the society/community/nation . Love is GOD
