...do this. Write, that is. I don't know but it seems a bit pointless and also a mite arrogant of me at the moment. Then again, there are some things I've been working through lately and putting them down may be helpful.I'm not depressed. In fact, just the opposite of depressed am I right now. I don't mean just this moment but in general. I feel pretty good and like I'm finally getting a handle on quite a few things in my life. Now I need to find someone to help me with the "un-shaming" process

...a friend made a comment about feeling much freer since moving away from the states and I must say that thought has crossed my mind quite a lot lately. Not only do I feel MORE free but also way less stressed.I don't have cable tv so I'm not bombarded by news 24/7 nor do I watch much news for that matter, and if I do it tends to be either ABC or SBS, which seem to be less influenced by politics or wanton bids for ratings. I think it might be the ratings thing that happens in the USA that makes
