The fitness level is directly related to the goals of the individual. What is it? This explanation is to clear the air. You won't find it on google cause it is my creation, for me, and me alone. It is NOT some new form of practice or style or a new MMA type thing but a way for me to express my practice for me and me alone.I do not consider Isshinryu, as I practice it, as a sport or combat system.
