Residents of leafy Menteng in Central Jakarta were given a huge shock on Tuesday morning when an underground gas pipeline exploded.The blast, which occurred along 200 meters of the pipeline on Jalan Cikini Raya at 9:30 a.m., caused panic among street vendors but no injuries.
