thinking about eggs

I bake chiffon cakes recently. I think my family are much more pleased when I bake normal (I mean using eggs) sweets than when I bake vegan sweets. you know , chiffon cakes are made with many eggs! I believed that eggs are not healthy for about two years,and I have stopped eating eggs for two years. But , the how to beauty book I read last day says that eggs are good for beauty... I am lost bout I should eat or not eggs....!I ate these cakes !

I went to KAMAKURA,again. Kamakura is popular as an ancient city. there are many temples and shrines at here.This place is temple named Houkouji.This temple has beautiful garden of bamboos.I could'nt know how many bamboos come up. I liked here,because I felt their green color makes me calm and peaceful.pretty little flowers in a vase of bamboo.there ware few goldfishes at a jar.I went to popular cafe which runs since 1967 at KAMAKURA. I made order of potato salad toast.taste good and price was
