It's been about two weeks since we lost our landline phone and internet access.  Seems like forever.  One 80's hair band said it best....You don't know what you got 'til its gone.  I'm pretty sure it was Cinderella who sang this.  Of course, they were singing about love gone bad - I'm just mourning the loss of  some technology.  I haven't really been in the writing mood the past couple weeks - and I am now dependent on writing on my PC at home then uploading it here

Creative Writing 101

I was writing long before I began blogging.  Granted, I have made little money off my writing - likely because I do it more for pleasure and therapeutic benefits than anything else.  And let's face it - EVERYONE has a story to tell - or a manuscript in the drawer - or a good idea for a book.  It's a lot like Kidney Cancer Blogging was back in the day (late 2007) - we were few and far between - maybe a half dozen or so of us - then it became catchy and now everyone wants to do it.&
