This is just a copy of the palabok recipe i have tried and liked. I have to put it here so i can have access to it any time and wherever i am. It's actually just a list of ingredients :) 1 pck (1 lb) rice noodles (bihon) Sauce: 2 tbsp cooking oil 1/2 ground pork 1 tbsp annatto powder 3 c pork broth 1 pc shrimp cube 5 tbsp all purpose flour 2 tbsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp ground pepper Garnish 1/2 c chicharon (pounded) cooked shrimps fried garlic lemon Oh! how i love noodles hahahah

Like i mentioned in my last post, 2011 is a pretty good year for me.
