During the next 2-3 weeks, the atmosphere is gearing up for sharper changes in temperatures. There will be periods of increasing temperatures followed by periodic cooling. Since the begining of February, dusty weather has prevailed over the Arabian Peninsulua due to gusty winds from the low pressure over northern Arabia. A strong sand storm formed on Wednesday Feb 2nd over KSA, with blinding visibility and strong winds.

There will be bouts of rain over northern Arabia starting from Jan 30 and continuing to Feb 2.
