Law enforcement captured a man Wednesday afternoon wanted in connection with a shooting incident near the White House Friday. Police took 21-year-old Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez into custody in Indiana, Penn. shortly after noon on Wednesday, NBC Washington reported.
