Republicans are having a tough time explaining their positions on the funding of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (AKA Stimulus), especially when speaking of the funds in Nevada as (1) totally ineffectual and "not creating a single job," or (2) merely "money for Democrats to spend." The arguments are mutually exclusive.
