How has your new year started? I wish mine had been better. I have been swinging from one end to another, ill for almost three weeks (my back is still recovering~), and just recently found new direction in my life! This is a backward post.I spent Chinese New Year in a frenzy, trying to clean the apartment to welcome "the new year" (while getting rid of stagnant chi). This cleaning project took quite a few days more than I thought it would and I ended up completely exhausted by the time new years actually came along.
