Yes. Because Europe has been good for us and will continue to be so, except where we've been just too greedy in the past. My take on the treaty: -- Social legislation, Europe can tell us what to do, except on abortion, which was excluded by a string of treaties. Europe twisted our arm to get us to introduce civil divorce in 1996 and equal pay for women in 1973. Now we're a modern country baby! (Nose-rings and tongue-piercings are still banned by the constitution, for obvious sound reasons.) --
