I wrote my most recent box office prediction early this morning before the numbers were in for Evan Almighty, and while I wasn't confident in how I called it at the time, I should have trusted my instincts. Evan only made $11 million on Friday and is projected for just $33m for the weekend, barely half what Bruce Almighty made.
