Most of you will be aware of the storm in a tea cup cause by Dragon's Den star Duncan Bannatyne on Twitter last night. Charon QC has made a post on his blog summarising the situation. I love a good fight. Who doesn't? I was sat in the court waiting room this morning, my hearing being an hour and a half late, and I was subjected to the most wonderful two and fro between two parties who clearly did not agree.
