...the best way to enjoy the city of Amsterdam is with a bike.  Unfortunately, I was travelling with someone that doesnt know how to ride a bicycle. Bikes are everywhere and they come in different styles, here are some of the interesting ones I have seen during my trip.

From April 1 - 17. Seventeen days and not a single fight, errr...even with our heavy bags & sore feet! It was all good fun!SG > Paris > Köln > Bacharach > Brussels > Amsterdam > London > SGThe experiences we shared together will always be remembered.  :)My pre-wedding European travel!

My first attempt to poach an egg. Failed.  After messing around with atleast 6 eggs, I decided to soft boil it and scoop it our instead!It's good that I will just be sending my mum this photo since she is miles away, this way she can just appreciate the presentation rather than criticising the actual taste of the dish.Salmon eggs benedict over bernaise sauce with mushrooms and caramelised onions.I shall try poaching again this weekend. I'll make sure I will be ready with my white wine
