So, yesterday I discussed the fact that we should be thankful that we are busy, giving thanks to God for giving us the abilities to do so is enough alone to warrant that stress is sometimes a good thing. There are days when I am at work and I fret. I can feel my heart starting to pound harder, my blood pressure getting a bit intense, and a swimming feeling in my head called "stress".
