It’s been a rough month (hence the no posting). My UC flared up (still working on getting it under control) and then I caught a never-ending cold. I was feeling sort of icky today, so I did the Evening Relaxation practice from Yoga Journal. Lots of forward bends and an emphasis on letting the body release instead of pushing yourself.
