This Zesty Mexican Salsa recipe is great for tacos, dipping chips, or to spice of some chili. Either way you like it, it is good. If you don’t care for hotness this recipe is for you.

Zesty Mexican salsa ingredients

A small dash teaspoon salt
1/3 cup of corn/ can corn can be used
1 teaspoon olive oil
 
 
 
Mexican salsa directions

Put all the salsa ingredients in a big bowl to mix, and mix well. Let it sit there for 5 or 10 minutes. Don’t forget to refrigerate. You can and may chop up a few fresh tomatoes and add them little by little, hot peppers can add that kick too!
