Why the questions, what about the solution

I have often been told that I should try to maintain a diet that includes healthy foods that are low in fat and high in protein. This has always been my goal but as you will probably be aware, much of my attempts have ended up a total failure. I don’t know about you but I usually have problems keeping up with my exercise and diet routine due to activities that seem to take over my life. Without regular exercises there is no way that I can accomplish my goals and that is due to a lack of capable management. It does not matter how many healthy foods I purchase, unless I can spare the time to do what it takes to increase my metabolism them I have failed before I started. There was a time when I managed to include an assortment of vegetables, all the while avoiding fatty foods like hamburgers.
The road that I followed should certainly have done the trick but as it stands today, like so many others, I am constantly fighting to maintain a routine that works for me. I have addressed the problem at all levels and still have a hard time trying to concentrate, a fact that is possibly related to my busy schedule. What I am relating here is a problem that more often than not we experience, in other words time is precious and unless we plan a routine for ourselves and stick to it, we may never be any healthier than we are at present. It does not matter how many supplements we take, doing anything other than what is important like a proper exercise routine, we will be doomed.
