Who can solve the financial problem in football?

You got no idea, well here’s one.
It seems that from the work of Deloitte, that many of the clubs will face tough financial decisions ahead.
As Platini has made clear, anyone who doesn’t comply will be banned from playing in Europe.
Finally at last! It seems the players own pockets will suffer.
They have to if football is going to make itself financially stable and fair.
One method would be a wage cap. We have all gone through the period where we were astonished at 30k,50k,100k and now 250k. As those fees through recent times were the top wages paid to the best players around.
However each top flight league around Europe needs to set a maximum wage of say 70k a week.
Then a maximum of say 30k for the Championship and so on around Europe.
From this they set a basic wage of 40k a week. To this you add the top up of 30k if the player starts the game and say 15k if they are in the squad
Then you give the club a maximum amount of 3k per player, to use as a bonus incentive. For example if Carlos Tevez managed three goals in one game he could earn an extra 9k.
This way we create a fair system where clubs know financially what they need to sustain a top squad of player.
Given the new rules about a 25 man squad. This could be further enhanced by saying for example that at least five players can’t earn more than 30k a week after their basic wage.
