Heaven and Earth are the same reality with different manifestations, and both deserve to be lived with equal intensity.

Now we know that the union with the Source is the evolutionary goal to be followed, and the path that leads there is the divine experience of balancing the opposites. We all have witnessed that extremes degrades the body’s harmony, which is key for well-being. Similarly, when you drink alcohol occasionally it is very pleasant, but drinking too much leads to the degeneration of both body and spirit. Isn’t it obvious that the key lies in living with the feet on the ground and the head in the heavens?
