This is the title of the lecture given by Gary Yourofsky, a renowned activist fighting for the animal rights, at Georgia Techel in the Summer of 2010. Gary has visited many countries trying to raise our awareness on the importance of a nutritional change based on two powerful arguments: what we eat is not healthy and our body suffers, and the animals which we enslave are suffering tremendous abuses. 

His speech is supported by data unknow to the vast majority and some videos that uncover the reality behind the conditions in which animals live in farms and slaughter houses. Ethics and physical health are the key for achieving inner balance. Once you have watched the video, it will be very difficult for you to look away. It has been very useful for us to access this side of the truth in order to make decisions that will certainly help us make our own body and the world a better place.
