Sweet Potato is one of my childhood favorite. Recently I sawJapanese sweet potato while shopping and decided to pick it up. I had a wonderful weekend with my fond childhood memories of sweet potatoes. It is a wonderful option for breakfast or evening snacks. Simple & easy to cook.
