Stop Using Pinterest For Affiliate Marketing Now

It's useless now for the purpose of making money online. A few months earlier you could make a (tiny) fortune by just pinning Amazon products or stuff from other affiliate networks. Today Pinterest is searching for your affiliate links (even if they are disguised) and make them obsolete or even change them so Pinterest earns the provisions!
Making money with Pinterest?
Making money with Pinterest is not very interesting anymore unless you want to spend dozens of hours to figure out how to place your affiliate links without getting them stripped out.
An alternative could be to create gateway pages where you put your affiliate products on and then "pin" those gateway pages. But I think it's not worth the time anymore.
While some people seem to have some success with this technique most people don't make a lot of money from Pinterest. Some hypes are just that: hypes.
Besides: It's just wrong to behave like the Pinterest staff does.
Pinterest is a business built on copyright infringement and that's just not right. While some people don't care or even enjoy being pinned on Pinterest boards many bloggers and especially photographs hate it.
Building a business on piracy is always a bad idea and many internet and social media experts say that Pinterest will go down the drain rather sooner than later.
So my honest advice: Stop using Pinterest for affiliate marketing now.
PS: Pinterest is still a nice place to share what you like and tell the world by pinning it. You can follow me if you like.
