  • Eat often and choose nutrient dense foods. Food combining is important as well choose a carbohydrate, a protein and a healthy fat like a turkey and avocado sandwhich on wholewheat bread. or appleslices with cheese or peanut-butter with a wholewheat muffin. 
  • Drink 100% fruit juice or smoothies instead of water.
  • snack on nuts and dried fruit.
  • Eat a wide variety of healthy food offering your body a variety of nutrients to work with.
  • Pack your food with extra nutriets by adding powdered milk to your yogurt, mac and cheese or soup.
  • Eat often, don't let more than 4 hours go by without eating.
  • Exercise stimulates your appetite ande can help you gain weight by building up your muscles.
