Red Lobster Spicy Pineapple Glazed Salmon
Copycat Restaurant Recipe
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 8 oz can Crushed Pineapple in Pineapple Juice
- 11/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
Fish Ingredients:
- 4 ea 5-6 oz Salmon Fillets
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place the Salmon in a 9X13
baking dish sprayed with Nonstick Cooking Spray. Season the Salmon
with Salt and Pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine all the Glaze ingredients and mix well.
Generously top each piece of Salmon with a scoop of the Spicy
Pineapple Glaze.
3. Bake the Salmon for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes
easily with a fork.
Serves 4

Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi Copycat Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup White Wine
1/2 cup unsalted Butter
3 tablespoon minced Garlic
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine the butter, wine, garlic and shrimp in a pan.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 7 minutes or
until the shrimp turn pink.
- Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve.
