We were afraid and turned the lights on. That’s exactly what we can keep on doing: a bit of light shed on that fear will allow us to see it clearer and will dissolve the source of our anxiety. As the old proverb says, “life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass… It is all about dancing in the rain!“
