 Paleo Lime Pineapple Dressing

Delightful dressing for fruit and vegetable salads.

Ingredients:

- juice of one lime

-1/2 cup pineapple juice

-1 teaspoon ground ginger 

Paleo Creamy Curry Sauce Dressing

Paleo Raw Food Salad Dressing. Not limited to salad dash dressing on: meats, poultry, fish, breakfast eggs, fruits and vegetables. Savory Paleo Salad Sauce. Yield approximately 2 cups

Ingredients:

-  3/4 cup water

- 2 avocados, pitted and peeled

- 1 orange, peeled, seeded

- 1 clove garlic

- Juice of 1 lime

- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt

- 2 teaspoons curry

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- Blend all of the ingredients until creamy. Serve over your favorite chopped vegetables, vegetable an  fruit salad.

 

Honey Balsamic Dressing

Honey or Agave Balsamic Dressing Recipes quick and easy salad dressing recipes only need 3 food ingredients.  Ideal for salads and cooked or baked vegetables.

Ingredients

-          2 tablespoons olive oil

-          3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

-          2 tablespoons raw honey

-          Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation:

In small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and seasoning. Refrigerate dressing until chilled

Serve

Agave Balsamic Dressing

-          2 tablespoons olive oil

-          3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

-          2 tablespoons agave

-          Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

In small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, agave and seasoning.

-          Place in refrigerator and chill dressing.

-          Serve

Paleo Mayonnaise Recipe

Paleo gluten, dairy, soy and preservative free mayonnaise recipe.

Ingredients

-          1 egg

-          ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

-          ½ teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)

-          ½ teaspoon dry mustard

-          1 teaspoon dried tarragon

-          1 cup olive oil

Preparation

-          In blender

-          Combine egg, lemon juice, salt and mustard and blend.

-          Slowly pour in olive oil and blend approximately 30 to 60 seconds (until smooth).

-          Put smooth mayonnaise in air-tight container and refrigerate.

Paleo Salad Dressing

Zingy basic dressing recipes.  Used olive oil an unsaturated fats, mustard, fresh lemon juice and spices to taste.

Ingredients

-          ¼ cup olive

-          2 garlic cloves crushed

-          ½ teaspoon dried mustard

-          ½ lemon fresh juice

-          Sea salt to taste

-          Grounded black pepper to taste

-          ¼ teaspoon oregano

-          Dash cayenne pepper 

Preparation:

-          Mix all ingredients put in container and shake well.

-          In air-tight container refrigerate and serve.

Paleo Vinaigrette Dressing

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

-          ¼ cup balsamic or red wine vinegar

-          1-2 tablespoon finely crushed garlic cloves

-          1 teaspoon dried mustard

-          ½ teaspoon sea salt to taste

-          ½ teaspoon black pepper

-          ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste

-          ¾ cup olive oil

Preparation:

-          In food processor blend all ingredients except olive oil.

-          Gradually add in olive oil. Blend until ingredients smooth.

-          Put dressing in air tight container and refrigerate.

-          Keep covered in refrigerator will store for 2-3 weeks. 

Paleo Parsley Tarragon Salad Dressing

Paleo herb and spice salad dressing.

Makes approximately ½ cup dressing

 Ingredients:

-          1 tablespoon raw honey

-          1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

-          Ground pepper to taste

-          1 teaspoon fresh minced tarragon

-          2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley or dried parsley flakes

-          1 finely crushed garlic clove

 

Preparation:

-          In food processor combined all ingredients. Blend well until dressing smooth.

-          Put in air-tight container and refrigerate.
