Give your little Halloween visitors a nutritious treat. Also made a ideal lunch snack for kid’s lunches.
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dried slices bananas
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
Mix ingredients well and store in airtight container in cool location
NOTE: Be warn not for those with nut or seed allergies
Raw Vegan Pecan Pie Squares
- 2 cups pecans
- 30 pitted dates
- 1 ½ cup shredded dried coconut
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ cup halved pecan.
- Put ½ cup pecan in processor until smooth ( this is Paleo pecan butter)
- Add in processor dates, shredded coconut and cinnamon. Process until all ingredients smooth.
- Pour smooth mixture into 9x9 or 8x8 inch glass pan.
- Top mixture with 1 cup halved pecans.
- Store in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut into 16-32 bars depending on size of each bar.
Paleo Nutty Fruit Coconut Ambrosia
- l chopped large mango
- 1 unpeeled chopped peach
- 2 peeled kiwi sliced
- 1/2 lb red grapes
- 1/2 cup sliced walnuts
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- Juice 1 large orange
Combine ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate combination for 1 hour
