Nothing spells responsibility more than commitment
It is human nature to covet material things and because of this we are told that it is wrong. Wanting to live a life that is both happy and with an abundance of things to keep us happy is not necessarily a bad thing, although it is our unbridled desire to have material things that can get us in trouble sometimes. Prosperity is something that should come naturally and if we don't see it knocking on our door we can be tempted to think aloud that we missed the boat, or that we are not being blessed. I have never been the kind of person to expect a financially full life, however, throughout my entire life I have been provided with whatever I need to survive. Yes there were times when I questioned the timing of my blessings but deep down I always knew that they would eventually arrive.
I could tell you stories about events in my lifetime where I was protected but it would take me more time than I have in this platform, one thing I can say is that if ever I needed proof that I was following the right path, all I needed to do was to look back at some of the situations that I encountered and the proof would be there. I am not a “good” person by any means, but it is good to know that we don't have to be good to cross the finish line, all we have to do is to accept the gift that is handed to us. The true meaning of responsibility is making good choices and while those choices do not necessarily mean that we need to be disciples, it should prove that we remain connected to others of like minds.
