There was a time when wearing a suit would mean you were an upstanding member of society, reassuringly conventional in your tastes and invariably financially solvent. With the ongoing crisis occuring in the Eurozone and the inability of the besuited leaders to form any coherent answers to the problems faced, the suit has been stripped of all its power and respectability. Founded in 1946 to challenge the orthodoxy of contemporary art, the ICA moved to its current site at the Regency period building of Nash House in 1968.

Who needs a suit when you can wear adidas tracky pants and matching hoodie!
