Hello folks! Some excellent news surfaced on XDA and it is an official HTC Ice Cream Sandwich port. The port has been leaked of course so there are still bugs lying around. Now, the ROM itself is pretty stable and no major function is not working so that's a good start. There will be versions that will get released periodically so make sure to update cause each version is aimed to reduce bugs and glitches to a minimum. The size of the ROM is 270MB and this is because it includes a bunch of bloatware widgets from Sense. There is also a Google Apps Zip and it contains the ICS versions and that is only 9MB which is quite an improvement considering all the previous GAPPS were at 6MB. Tomorrow, I'll be going to a friend's house and he has the Sensation. I will try to post a Test Video on the freshly installed ROM.

Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe System
Install Ultimite (ROM name)
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Fix Permission
Reboot
Complete setup
Once configured the launcher go back to recovery
install GAPPS
reboot.
