Understanding how to get rid of abdominal fat and to make stomach flat can be a real struggle.

Belly fat not only is unattractive nuisance, but its excess can knock years off our lives. What is the best way to get rid of fat on stomach when the tired old methods don’t work? Unfortunately we have been lead to believe many myths of fat loss that become engraved in our brains. Many try hard to lose belly fat without success. I learned what nutrition worked for me, so i am not here to tell you what to eat, however if you want to know once and for all on what to take and what to avoid, visit my blog.

 Now, here are some of the weight loss myths i came across: - Avoid Fat; Yes, but only when eating the wrong kinds of fats; do not believe that eating fat makes you fat and it is bad for you. Low fat diets are useless. The most effective way to a flatter tummy is with good fats.

- Thinking that sit-ups and crunches will make stomach flat. Unfortunately it does not work that way. In fact, they have negative effect since crunches can firm up your abdominal muscles to push the stomach fat even further.

- To get rid of abdominal fat, you must do cardiovascular training every day. Wrong! 3 to 4 days a week is more than enough to increase metabolism. Even that, in order to burn calories, there are more specifics to it.

- Avoid sugar or Drink Diet Drinks to lose the pounds; by trying to avoid, most go for “sugar free” products; What people do not realize is that these contain sweeteners known to have toxic effect to promote adding inches to your waistline.

- What about: "Avoid Carbohydrates". On the contrary, eat more complex carbohydrates providing the body with a source of fuel and energy required to carry out daily activities. Lack of carbohydrates causes tiredness, poor mental function and no endurance; not to mention carbohydrates are important for proper brain functioning, heart and nervous, digestive and immune systems.

-My favorite one is: to get flat stomach, you need " To Go On A Diet". Let me say that diets are the stupidest invention ever. While companies fill their pockets from selling ridiculous plans, you are wasting money and feeling even more discouraged. How do you get rid of abdominal fat when these diets will slow down your metabolism, preparing your body at better storing fat.

At one point in time i wanted to get rid of stomach fat so bad, that i was vulnerable to everything i was told and i believed it. I learned from it now!
