Greek Salad Recipe

Greek salad is a simple dish that can be prepared very easy.  This quick dinner meal is something that the family can share together and make some memories and it can be made at home all at the same time.

Make time:10 minutes

 
 
Greek salad ingredients::

1 head of lettuce sliced up neatly
1 thin sliced red onion
1 can of olives, black
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper, chop
2 large tomatoes that are chopped
1 cucumber that is sliced up
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tsp. of lemon juice
some pepper
Optional ingredients: add a dash of mustard, a sprinkle of salt

How to make a Greek salad

 
Get a very large bowl; mix the lettuce up with the following; onion slices, olives, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and the cheese.
 
Stir together in olive oil, and oregano, and lemon juice. You can add black pepper for taste, but that depends on the eater.  Pour dressing of choice over the salad that you had made. Don’t forget to toss it and then serve to people.
 
To spice up your salad, add the mustard, wait until you added everything else up. Plus, don’t add much dressing if you add the mustard and salt. Remember those are the optional recipes on the list. They are not required.
 
Stir a couple times clockwise, then a couple times counter clock wise. This will help get everything together and more blended this way. Do this a couple times and your salad will taste more delicious.
